Employee Assistance Program
Pearsall ISD is excited to announce that effective September 1, 2020, all Pearsall ISD employees will have access to LifeWorks, a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and innovative well-being resource.
LifeWorks is provided to you and your dependents at no additional cost to you, as an employee benefit. LifeWorks offers support with mental, financial, physical and emotional well-being that includes confidential consultations, information, and resources, counselling (can be telephonic, by video delivered live via Webcam over the Internet, by chat, or in-person), and community referrals.
Employees will receive an email with a link asking them to join. From the email, employees are navigated to a page where they enter their name, create a password and then agree to the terms and conditions. The username will be the employee's district email address. If you do not receive an email, please contact Sonya Martinez, Assistant Superintendent.
